Shipping

All shipping will be done via USPS Ground Shipping within the domestic U.S. only. International customers - please contact us for a shipping estimate prior to placing an order. Please contact us us if you wish to have your order shipped by another means. If something is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail or call you.

For all product shipments outside of the USA using standard USPS Ground Shipping, we will provide you with the Customs Form Number for your reference.  We are unable to guarantee shipping times and tracking.  Should a problem arise with shipments to location outside of the United States, the risk of receiving the order passes to the buyer after the package is shipped.

Customs and Border Protection does not have the ability to track packages.  On occasion, CBP will hold a package for another government agency to determine its admissibility.  If another agency determines that the package is not admissible, CBP will notify the recipient in writing.  This is usually done withing 30-45 days of the package being detained. Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns for store credit or exchange on all items with the exception of sale items, within 2 weeks from the day the package is received. Please contact us prior to returning an item in order to get a return authorization (RA). Returns will not be accepted without one. You satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you experience a product defect within a reasonable period of time, we will honor your customer loyalty by resolving your product issue.  Any item with a free promotional shipping offer is non-refundable and is not available for exchange or store credit unless otherwise noted. Any item described as "order only" is not available for return or exchange.  All sales are final for order only items.  All sales are final for items marked down and are offered below standard selling price.

Items must be returned in original packaging with original tags attached. Returned items which appear to have been used/worn will not be accepted for refund. The customer is responsible for shipping fees unless the wrong item has been sent.
